<p>You will be responsible for an extremely &#8220;fast track&#8221; residential scheme across 2 phases. Undercroft car parking, RC frame &amp; express frame, with a number of blocks. You will manage the scheme from the demolition phase onwards with an on-site team working for you.</p>
<h2>What we’re looking for:</h2>
<p>You are an intelligent &amp; robust construction Project Manager with a demonstrable track record of building large-scale construction projects. Ideally you will have worked with a residential product at some point in your career. You work calmly under pressure and have a &#8220;can-do&#8221; attitude coupled with strong leadership skills. You are technically strong and can work with a number of different technologies.</p>
