The Future

The 7th KIP Mart in Melaka will be completed in May 2013, the 8th KIP Mart in Kota Warisan, Selangor by end-2013 and the 9th KIP Mart in Kuantan, Pahang by 2014.

Moreover, KIP Group is sourcing land in Perak, Kelantan, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Johor, Negeri Sembilan and Pahang for future marts.

It has several ongoing projects such as the Nova@ Sri Utara bungalow and semi-detached residences, Harmony Park residences in Dengkil. Kipark Phases 7 and 8 are slated for 2013 completion.

Upcoming commercial offerings include shop lots in Seremban and KLIA, Sepang, to complement future KIP Marts in these areas. A KIP Hotel is also in the works in KIP Sentral in KLIA, Sepang and Melaka, to better service business travellers visiting these areas.

In addition, KIP Group is setting its sights on a pioneer mega project and in the midst of planning the KIP City Commercial Centre.

Located along the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) highway in Kuala Lumpur, the project’s Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM1.5 billion alone exceeds the combined GDV of all the group’s completed properties.

The KIP City Commercial Centre will consist of a KIP Mart, high-rise residences, offices and a KIP Hotel, among others.
