The 2 & 3 storey shop offices at KIPMall Commercial Centre, Masai were completed and handed over to purchasers with Certificate of Fitness for Occupation (CFO) in May 2006. Many of the shops have already opened for business with more and more shops going to open soon after their renovation.

Together with KIPMall Masai, the KIPMall Commercial Centre, Masai is poised to become the new commercial hub of the Masai-Pasir Gudang area with more and more businesses taking shape there.
